~~~Two Worker Recruitment Website strategies… Greenville Area Development Corp, (GADC) SC has just launched a new Jobs Website to connect job seekers to employers. GADC is not competing with Careers.com or other job posting sites. Instead, the GADC website serves as a clearinghouse referring visitors directly to the companies’ career pages or placement portals. In contrast, Greater Dubuque Development Corp. (GDDC), IA which we have featured previously has a full-service recruitment site where employers post jobs and search candidate resumes posted by individuals interested in moving back to the community for potential new employees.
