Febraury 2017 – Outcomes

~~~Outcomes… while working on the book, Economic Development for the Team, I struggled to understand the lack of outcomes (results/time) in the profession. I understand the pressure of reporting results quarterly/annual to inform investors. I understand the use of anecdotal stories which stand in for outcomes; however, the failure to follow-up to document outcomes over time eludes me. This gap encourages the “What have you done for me lately?” problem.
